- 2.5” SSD/HDD Docking Station: The Sabrent 5-Bay USB-C Docking Station for 2.5” SATA HDDs and SSDs (DS-5R15) is designed to easily dock from one to five 2.5” drives, each up to 15mm in height. These drives can be used simultaneously and independently over a convenient USB-C connection with the drives kept comfortably cool.
- Powered USB-C : The Docking Station can transfer at up to 10Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen 2x1) via the included USB-C cable. In order to make sure this connection is stable and reliable, also included is a 12V/3A power adapter with an international plug set for use in the EU and UK. Add more storage without concern of power limitations.
- Hot-Swappable, Tool-Free, PnP: We want you to have the easiest experience possible so we have designed this docking station to be hot-swappable, tool-free, and plug & play. It’s quick to add or remove your 2.5” SATA SSDs and HDDs as needed without reliance on limited or crowded internal ports. It’s storage management, simplified.
- Cool And Clear: With up to five drives loaded, sustained operation can produce excessive heat - fortunately, we have built-in active cooling with an 80mm fan. We know you sometimes need things quiet so this fan is switchable, too. LEDs, including individual lights for each bay, will keep you aware of drive, dock, and fan status.
- It’s SABRENT: We’ve designed and tested this docking station for use on Windows, macOS, and Linux PCs, and it will also work on many other devices.
